Mer om arrangementet

Destination Earth is a flagship initiative of the European Commission to develop a highly-accurate digital model of the Earth (a digital twin of the Earth) to model, monitor and simulate natural phenomena, hazards and the related human activities. These groundbreaking features assist users in designing accurate and actionable adaptation strategies and mitigation measures.

DestinE will be launched this year, and more tenders will be published throughout the year.

The presentations by ECMWF and ESA will be in English. The rest of the program is currently planned to be in Norwegian, but can be held in English if requested. If so, please let us know.

The main target groups for the event is research and academia, industry and decision makers. Read more about Destination Earth here.
